Bugatti debuts in the US real estate market with a luxury tower on the banks of the Miami River
The ultra-luxury hypercar manufacturer is expanding its stylistic footprint beyond the automotive world and announcing its first residential project in the United States market: Bugatti Residences Miami. The new residential tower will be built on an exclusive waterfront lot on the Miami River, in close proximity to the famous Brickell financial district.
The project represents a strategic collaboration between the American developer Prosper Group and the Belgian company Versluys Group. For the acquisition of the land with an area of approximately 0.4 hectares, the developers paid the sum of 50 million dollars, while the total investment value of the project is estimated at about 650 million dollars.
The building's architectural lines will bear the signature of the renowned studio Brandon Haw Architecture, while the interior spaces and luxury finishes will be designed by the Yabu Pushelberg design studio.
"Art, Forms, Technique" philosophy and exclusive white-glove services
Although the technical details of the tower are still kept under a veil of discretion, brand representatives confirmed that the entire residential concept – from the exterior silhouette and interior materials to the experience of arriving at the building – will be governed by the brand's fundamental pillars: "Art, Forme, Technique".
Residents of the future Miami tower will enjoy a lifestyle tailored to the highest international standards of comfort. The complex’s management and daily services will be provided exclusively by Rhodium, a white-glove residential services provider specializing in ultra-luxury properties. They will offer 24/7 personalized assistance, dedicated concierge services and private management of each residence.
What we know so far and the precedent in Dubai: From car lifts to private pools
Bugatti has yet to reveal final renderings of the tower, exact apartment sizes, a full list of amenities, or an estimated completion date. What is known for certain is that the official sales process for the residences will begin in the first half of 2027.
However, a glimpse of the potential of a home bearing the Bugatti emblem can be gleaned from the brand's first residential project, developed in Dubai with Binghatti. Within the complex in the United Arab Emirates, owners benefit from extravagant amenities, such as:
- Private pools: Integrated on the balconies of each apartment;
- Private beach: A space designed after the model of the beaches on the French Riviera;
- Special car lifts: High-capacity systems designed to transport owners' cars directly into the private garage within the penthouse.
Price Estimates: How Much Will the Apartments and Penthouses in Bugatti Residences Miami Cost?
Given the total project value of $650 million, the high level of land investment, and the positioning in Miami's ultra-luxury real estate market, residence prices will reach record levels for the Miami River area and the Brickell neighborhood.
Compared to the precedent in Dubai – where the starting price for the last remaining penthouses available is $42.2 million – and to benchmarks in the American market, we can outline the following price estimates:
- Base Apartments (2-3 Bedrooms): Entry-level residences within the tower are estimated to start at a price between $10 and $15 million, depending on area, floor, and orientation.
- Sky Villa Residences: More generous units, with extensive areas and balconies equipped with private pools, could have estimated prices between 20 and 35 million dollars.
- Top Penthouses (Top Penthouse Collection): The top variants in the Miami tower are estimated to reach or even exceed the $50-70 million threshold, especially if they will include dedicated car elevators and suspended garages inside the residence.
